    Whou? Sure? I cant imagine why it only accepts enGb! I had deDE when i made this version and it worked there

    The fancy "AHHHHH" - Box is an artifact of a time where i had some problems implementing freetype and was pretty angry . It means that FreeType could not be initialised.

    I made some simple more culling-options. Like frustum culling. This increases the framerate from 20 FPS up to 50 FPS (when only terrain is rendered). Thats a ****ing great value as my graphics card is ****ed up and im running under the integrated chipset (Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family). When i have the same setup in Noggit (only terrain, no models) i get 10 or less FPS.

    I uploaded a new version of the openGL-Editor. It should be slightly faster now!

    What do you find in DebugLog.txt?

    It should load the enUS locales:
    static const char* Archives[] = { "lichking.MPQ", "expansion.MPQ", "patch-2.MPQ", "patch.MPQ", "common-2.MPQ", "common.MPQ", "deDE\\locale-deDE.MPQ", "enGB\\locale-enGB.MPQ", "enUS\\locale-enUS.MPQ", "ruRU\\locale-ruRU.MPQ" };

    The fonts should come from WoW, theyre in the locale-MPQ. Ill make a option in the config.ini where you can set your locale manually so we cover any locale

    In the directX-version im at the moment working on the Userinterface. The most important thing for me is that it will be easy understandable and that all help can be found in the program. Thats why i implemented the tutorialsystem from WoW. When you do an action the first time a lil icon popps up and allows you to open a frame with additional info. Thats an example:

    You have to look that the config from Yias is empty, otherwise there will come this error...

    It is not working, it say "Loading 'AdvanceRotation' by 'Cromon' <Version: 1.0>"

    Edit:Fixed it, but now it won't let me add anything to the map.

    The new directx version looks amazing. It would be great if you and the noggit team combined ideas...

    Well, this question is easy to answer :P. When i began with the very first version of my editor in OpenGL i sometimes looked into the code of Noggit to get the basics of OpenGL. The problem is that it uses a formating i really hate. When i see lines as following i just could kill the programmer:
    for(unsigned int i=0;i<(i%2?8:9);++i)

    That is written as:
    for (unsigned int i = 0; i < (i % 2 ? 8 : 9); ++i)

    Thats a small example. Also i didnt like the whole setup of the code, i had no good feeling when i had to look for some things in there. Thats why i decided to create my own thing with my proper formating

    PS:
    And i hate code with comments :P

    PPS:
    And i hate to code in a team. In my job i like to work in a team, but when i program i cannot have someone else doing anything. I have every line of my project burned into my brain and have a full overview of all the at the moment 51 files in their code. Thats only possible because i wrote every single line of code. Also i think very fast and for others in a very disturbing way and i terribly hate to explain my thoughts . And last but not least its also for others very hard to code with me. I change the whole setup several times a day and that may be very frustrating for others.
