This is true. But it seems as though Blizzard checks logs instead of your current running game. I logged off last night, having not used this edit in a while (maybe 4 days), and this morning when I logged on, I was suspended. My password was also scrambled (who knows why?). The email I recieved said that it was due to third party programs. However, I was not online at the time of the ban. This shows that Blizzard keeps tabs on you, even when you are offline.

Is it allowd to edit mounts?

I mean my frostwolf is a amani war bear and my wind rider is a violet proto drake.

It cant be illegal when nobody cant see it or take harm of it?

When this model edit first came out, i said and alot people said "Don't use it" i personal said Blizzard can count Baron killed totaly 100times for x player rest bossed killed 30 times that gonna get them to watch for "edits/hack/exploit's" ofc... if you think you can use a model edit to get mount you're just stupid

i used to use model edits, right after christmas, be i don't anymore. Realy, i never saw the point of changing your mount when no one elso is going to even see the change. i did however make edits to go under the cities and into stormwind prison, just because i thought it was fun. Is that considered exploiting? or just exploring? i was planning on making one to get ebon hold as a non dk, just because i wanted to see if i could, and what would happen, how the npcs would react, and such. now i can't.

don't get me wrong, i do not like bg edits, but i don't see where it is doing any harm if it is not affecting other people! exploring and (to me) the instance edits have no effect on other people's gameplay. how does a different looking mount matter?

I've use that for baron run's never seen or anything even sent in the error report once when I forgot to turn on something :| and i"ve also used the old naxx one where you would fall out side naxx when you zoned in and wall hack up to kel.

i got my mount after 4 attempts with the hack, friend of mine farmed for about 8 hs (~ 45 trys) and got also a 3d ban
