Whats a recall?

so i permabanned the account like 2 days ago...whats the point of a recall? and can the owner get the permabanned account back

im pretty sure if the make up a good story like keylogged or something they can get it back, also they will see two ip adresses if the blizzard employee really cares. And just a reminder you can still even do an online recall through the website if your account is permabanned

Well, the point of a re-call is to get the account back, if you perma-banned an account, was it to transfer scammed characters, then even if he gets the account back, which I highly doubt espically if you got it banned for botting, then even if he gets it back he won't have his chars. and will probably be too stupid to get them back.
