I don't think its necessary to have Russian ip while you are registering, since your are choosing Russian country at registration anyway.

I read little bit on forum that blizzard is rejecting credit cards because they are not from russian. I guess if I buy game key from plati.ru with my credit card they cant know from which country I am?

ok thanks, so you suggest to buy game time from plati.ru also with credit card, so they cannot know from which country you are and not from battlenet?
I guess there shouldn't be a problem then with not accepting key or downgrading characters?

Also maybe we can buy it on sites like this g2a-LINK and just type key with proxy on account. I don't think it should be a problem?
