Battered Hilt solo farm.

I just got the Battered hilt from the skeletals today after 10 resets. I didnt think it was neccesary posting a screenshot of it since there are alot of Confirms. But meh i'm 1 step away from complete the Quest (On the sunwell part) and when I ask a guard to let me enter Sunwell I get the loading screen and I get ported back "Additional instances cannot be launched, please try again later." Anyway gl all those who havent go it yet and gz on those who have got theirs.

I have tried to get into Sunwell since 2 today.

How many GM's does it take to clear ICC 25man?

Hey guys ive been using Wowinfinity to do this... makes it alot easier. Why Wowinfinity???? well with the speed hack it helps you get away faster and not wipe AND the superfly hack lets you access the other skele mobs without having to run through all the other mobs and pulling agrro and wiping . So you can kill about 5-6 skele groups before reseting.

A little guide on how i do this as an enhancement shaman. Im well geared, full ilvl 245+ gear. I do not have any problems with the trash packs. I simply kill both the Elite + the Skelletons in one pull.

Totems: Strenght of earth.
Magma Totem.
Mana/healing stream.
Grounding totem.

The pull:
Wait for the patrol to enter a save place where it wont aggro any other mobs. Summon your wolfs, and send them in first. Skeletons + Elite will aggro the wolves.
Run in and put down your totems. Magma totem + Fire Nova will take care of the adds. The wolfs are strong enough to survive on their own for the first seconds, you will get aggro later. Keep putting down grounding totems.
While the wolfs are alive you can use 5/5 maelstrom for lightning bolts, after the wolfs are despawned you WILL need the 5/5 for healing waves. Set up a Wind Shear + grounding rotation. If you get it under control, no shadow bolts will hit you, and the 5/5 healing waves should be strong enough to keep you alive.

I myself can also do this without my wolfs. You can try it yourself but gear will most likely be a big factor in this.

Note: you can practice your grounding + wind shear rotation on the first 2 elites at the start who dont have any adds. (Do pull them a little back cause sometimes the 2nd one aggros)

Yup, I can post a SS if needed but confirming they still drop from skeletons as well.

Probably took a good 20 resets but finally got it.

Got a shit load of greens/epics/greys/gold thou while farming for it. =)

Here is one more confirmation - this time from an EU-server. Don't give up! I just wanted to go to bed, thought "Mhm.. I'll farm only five minutes (after I tried it the whole day).." and now - yeah! Happy Pally!

I notice like 12 other guys on my server doing the same thing. It's quite humorous. We're even having conversations about it in general.

Anyways, been doing this for about 5 hours today so far. I've gotten the stupid fist weapon about 6 times and the bracers one. Will post SS when/if it drops.

As a boomkin i can kill all 5 groups of them, so 30 Skeletals. Got that epic for melee, but not hilt so far. It takes me form 10-15min, depending on time mob gets to me while patrolling...
