If anyone who is able to scam the chinese ppl easily and has done it a few times im me. my freind has tried 9 times everytime hes gotten limited, He followed the guide on how not to. Hes done everything right. used a proxy that doesnt change ip every 2 secs and still get limited please help me.

Hey Raze, sorry to hear it didn't work out that well. This is what I was telling you about on MSN earlier, although I'm not sure WHY paypal limits your account. We should perform some sort of scientific experiment to determine the causes of limitations, complete with control accounts and multiple controlled variables.
