Account recall assistence needed

i got my account scammed a while back and the email on my account has been changed. So i need a recaller to call up blizzard with the info i gave the person and get blizzard to change the email back to my own email adress. So that i once again own the account.
anyone up for the challenge ?
the reason why i personally need a recaller is because i recently moved out of my parrents place , and the only phone ive got is a cellphone so i cant call blizz myself!
