Tried this on my Death Knight , its kinda easy.
Im Blood PvE Specced.
Make sure too interrupt, silence , Antimagic shield and ofc good dps , i prefer too be hit-capped (8%minimum) soo you cant miss on eachother spells
remember too cast Icy touch and plauge strike , and then pestilence ... eventually D&D
keep up the dots and Deathstrike .

Havent got the hilt yet ; /.

I just got 2x Fist and 1x Bracers on 1 pack(6 skeletons) I think I got lucky lol but not lucky enough gief another Hilt, but this is pretty rare to find 3 epix in 1 pull so yea mby a sign of a hilt mby not haha:P

btw so far I've got 7 fist weps, 4 bracers 1 dagger, 1 hilt, 70-90 greens, 40-50 stacks of frostweave cloth and over 150 of greys + lots of gold by looting. This is actually a nice grinding spot to, if you want something easy(depending on class) since i'm ret pally it is really easy for me to kill the 5 packs easily, and if I manage to ninja pull more I have a 75% chance of surviving.


Anyway GL to all those who are still farming the hilt and Congratz to all those who have got theirs.

As a port warrior i didnt have a hard time killing the whole pack, including the elite. Take down the skeletons first with shockwave/thunderclap. The elite is also quite easy to solo. I had about 20k hp left when i was finished with the pack(without using a single cooldown) . Just remeber to keep shield bash and spell reflect in a cycle. So interrupt the first spell and reflect the next one. They are getting hit for about 10k from their own shadowbolt, which makes the job alot easier.


Anyway great post, i'v been doing this for about an hour and have already earned about 100g from the money they drop and greens alone. Not counting the 4 stacks of frostweave.

What you can do as Prot Warrior is:

Mount up > Taunt nearst Skeleten > Run close to entrence (keep Spell Reflect up) nuke down mobs. > Run out of the instance > Run in > Loot.

if needed use some CDS if its gets to tricky ! works for me

Does the hilt only drops if you have completed all 3 quests?

I can do heroic FoS and heroic PoS but i haven't completed the HoR normal quest. The random epics do drop tho, i have farmed for 4 hours and got 1 dagger 1 fist weapon 2 cloth bracers epics. No hilt yet though.

I'll post again with a screenshot when i got one.
