Basically what you do is:
1. Walk into Valithria's room
2. Control Undead one of the four Lich mobs, the encounter will not start
3. Bring the mob outside of her room from where you came in from, release, and kill. The encounter still doesn't start.
4. Repeat with 2 more Liches, now there's only 1 left in the room.
5. Control Undead the last Lich and then start bandaging Valithria. The encounter still shouldn't have started. The bandage heals her for 10% of her health on 25H, so it takes 5x bandaging with a 1 minute debuff, so 5 minutes to heal her up to full.
6. Once she's full health, release the lich and kill it.
7. Encounter starts and ends immediately because she's full health.
8. Collect loots
Exactly. Executed just like that and it did not work for me.

The encounter is not getting engaged, meaning that no mobs are getting killed near the dragon until the dragon has 100% hp. The 3 are getting pulled away, dismissed and killed. One last remaining. I stood near the dragon, had the 4th mob MCed by my side when I bandaged the dragon. When 100% where reached I dismissed the pet and killed it as soon as I heard the LKs voice, as you said. The encounter did not complete rather the hp started to tick down again and a few seconds later she begged for aid.
Am I missing something? If all is done right, then it might be the case that you are missing a miniscule step that lead to victurey, which you did not mention and which is np, feel free to add it - or yes, upload an entire video
Edit: Are you guys on US? EU here.

Sorry Crunk, I don't understand why it won't work for you. I just did it again, and it worked perfectly fine for me. I did record a video and will upload as soon as I can.
I am on a US server yes.

He just helped you to make it more precise, the thread and finding is still yours.
And thank you for the upload mate, in advance.

Confirmed +rep, works on heroic.
Basically you will have to bandage her a total of 6 times and the mind control works exactly long enough for that.
Bandage her to 100%, start right away after you mind control the last mob, preferably have her targeted while you MC the last mob and start right away.
After you bandage her 5 times she will be at 100%, you have 55 - 60 sec left on the MC and 60 sec cooldown to use next bandage. DONT DISMISS THE PET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, the 5 minute timer is what will makes this work, you won't have to and shouldn't have to dismiss the pet.
Heres the crucial thing. Once MC runs out and she is at 100%, kill the mob, then target the boss and wait for the tick that takes her to 99%, this WILL happen even though she is 100% healed.
Right after the tick that takes her to 99%, bandage her one last time and you win

But why control undead and not kill em? Please clarify
You have to Control Undead because if you kill one as they are, it begins the boss encounter.
I think he wonders if do you earn anything with this method? I wondered the same. Isn't it it even faster to do the normal way, get in the fight early then simply bandage the boss up?

It's impossible to do it the normal way on heroic, because the boss takes a small amount of damage every 5 or 10 sec or so, interrupting your bandages. With this method this won't be a problem because the thing that damages the boss wont start before you kill the last mob, and the boss is already bandaged to 100% by then.

Yeah, and it's annoying as hell. Which is the whole reason I looked into doing this "get-around".
Just so you guys know, I have healed up this boss with a hunter as well, using a Spirit Beast's heal. Although, this info may be out there already, I haven't checked. The spirit beast's heal isn't a channel, so you can just keep healing the boss no sweat. Takes awhile though, so be patient.

Well perfected. I am trying this right now and give my feedback since I am the main critic here. Brb
Perfect, indeed. As soon as it ticks to 99% apply bandage asap and it ticks back to 100% and the event completes. Well done.

Congratulations! You are the first death knight ever to truly solo ICC out of millions who tried. That's some achievement.
I believe there was a hunter back in MOP who managed to do the spirit beast trick. Back then you couldn't do it with just a main pet before the mobs hit their enrage timer, so he figured out you could have 4 spirit beasts as your stampede pets.
Worth checking out for the interested also is the first mage to ever heal Valithria, Araitik, who used the legendary cape to channel enough healing.
For farming purposes it may be easier to just bypass the whole fight by glitching out of the instance and back, for some classes.

It's funny that I was the first to find this (or at least post this). I would have thought this would have been done to death by now lol. I wanna make a video, but I don't really have any experience making videos like that. Does anyone have a recommended screen recording software?
