It's funny that I was the first to find this (or at least post this). I would have thought this would have been done to death by now lol. I wanna make a video, but I don't really have any experience making videos like that. Does anyone have a recommended screen recording software?

Can't get this to work.

Tried healing when she takes the first tick of damage (still 100%)
Tried healing when she is at 99%.
Tried healing after all the RP talk (fails because 98% health and damage tick interrupts)
Tried immediately killing the lich as MC expires with boss on 100% (takes damage and healing gets interrupted even on 100%)
Tried killing lich after arthas talks.
Tried killing lich after boss asks for healing.
Tried all the healing times with the delayed lich kills.

Nothing works. Obviously this works perfectly for normal mode because the boss doesn't take hidden damage on normal mode. But normal mode is easy as shit and no one cares about it.

Well it works fine for me and others on heroic. So...... Perhaps you aren't getting it my friend.
I'm tired of re-explaining this. It straight-up works as of Oct 6, 2015. So if you can't get it to work, it's PEBKAC.

on 25hc

You get her to 100% (use bandage after bandage as soon as the bandage-debuff timer ticks from 2,1 to nothing) and then when she is fully healed you have like 1-2secs left until the mindcontrol wears off. You kill the mob right away without any delay, you target the dragon again, you see that his HP is going down (e.g. 600.000 / 599.987...etc but still showing 100% on the regular blizz frames) and as soon as the 100% goes to 99% you bandage once again and the encounter is done.

I had to laugh a few days ago when I did it on one of my DKs, because the encounter finished and she was not at 100% but at 99%

Dont overcomplicate it, ignore the occassion why I laughed, do everything as written in the fat bracked of text I have just written and you will succeed. This is how the OP has explained it. He just did not go into Extreme detail, like a poster recently after him did (to help me out because it did not work aswell, but then did, doing it like I have mentioned). The OP did it like posted in extreme detail right from the beginning, so he did not even face the error why it can not work, that's fine. We have resolved that now.
