Sorry but i think im misunderstanding it.
U sold account to someone and u get money , then u recalled account ? If that's it , he cant do a shit because trading with accounts is unlegal by blizzard rulez.
Question. Sold an account, recently recalled, and now buyer is threatening to call Blizzard and tell them about the sale (apparently he has eBay and PayPal transaction info). Lots of people threaten this, few actually have the info, but if he does will the account be banned? I can logically argue that it was stolen and sold since the PayPal account wasn't even under my name.
Will I be able to deal with Blizz and work something out, or is it an auto ban?

Sold account to PERSON X.
Months later I recall, PERSON X threatens to call Blizzard and tell them my account was sold at one point, apparently with proof.
Will they ban the account, especially if he has proof?
Like I said, the PayPal I used was a friends so I can legitimately argue that I didn't sell it (ex. it was stolen from me and sold at some point).
If what I'm saying makes sense, will the account be banned simply because he calls and knows my info and tells them it was sold at one point?
hmm , if paypal info doesnt match with ur wow account info , no way he can proof anything
That's what I figured. I mean, he might be able to prove that the account was sold or compromised, but not that I personally sold it. I assume then rather than I ban, I'll just have to send in some ID to verify I'm the owner or whatever (I am original owner).
In case my assumption was wrong? Thanks for those who gave input.
