level 80 pally almost invincible

This isn't an exploit at all and has been posted in all sorts of places on these forums. This is a clever use of mechanics and stat weights.

Do you even know what an exploit is? Look in the dictionary for the word exploit please.

The people on the MMOChamp board disgust me.

I don't get how someone can get so moist over stuff that doesn't affect them. Unless they were being spanked in PvP there's really no need to be so excited, especially about such a terrible nerf.

It's an elitest (illusionary at that) attitude. They (talking about the people making these posts) are just like any other wow player, they have their little niche that they are good at, and they don't like newcomers and they don't like people achieving the same things that they do. Also since they are the first people to use the bug, they have a false sense of ownership over it. Pretty silly really.

Are you sure that you were banned for using this? I did ICC25 and Halion 25 twice. Also cleared TotGC 25, Ulduar and killed Morchock and Shannox 10 and got nothing.
Was your account flagged because of other activities such as botting?

yup funs over nosed the mmochamp thread about the stone guards apparently splosion from what i infered wants it nerfed further and they want the 409 items taken away....becareful what you wish for blizz has also gotten word of the 409 items

GC stated on twitter that the items are there to stay. They simply did not intend for that gear to be able to solo level 90 content as it did. So don't worry about 409 gear.

With that said, I'll simply 5-box a paladin and 4 mages, and ICC will be as good as done as it was on a bugged paladin.

I do this on an ele shaman with a few 409 pieces, 308s, and the 417 shield and I literally just solo the dungeon, running ahead as ghost wolf, while the other people just laugh and I quote, offer to "suck my toes" for such amazing XP in such a short amount of time. It really is entertaining as long as I don't do it for more than an hour at a time. If I get bored with that I just go kill people 5+ levels higher than me in the cata zones.

EDIT: To the guy talking about 5 boxing 4 mages and a paladin to do ICC... just level ONE death knight. I solo ICC 10 Heroic full clear on my DK nearly every week. There's even a guy you can "Control Undead" named Captain Arnath who can heal Dreamwalker for you, although he goes OOM too fast so I sneak my priest in for that fight. Other than that the DK does it all by himself, even heroic LK without hitting the enrage timer.

Well multiboxing is fun, for starters. I leveled my level 80 shamans this way, and I've had a blast. 4 twinked out mages along with the vengeance meat-shielded pally will at least give me a somewhat similar, yet more reliable damage output, especially if I wanna do 25 content.

I already have a decked out DK, and while it'll be entirely possible to solo with it, I feel it'll take entirely too much time. With that being said, I'll keep the name of that mob in mind. I thought of getting one of my shamans cloned by a Valkyr and CU the clone to heal the dragon, but if this is more efficient, then great.

And that is not even the best part!

You know that first boss that shields herself, forcing you to go through mobs? Combustion tics goes thru her shield and don't deflect. Just make sure you have combustion glyphed, and an ignite of about 10~15k, and boom! It's always fun to see her go down in 10 seconds, and the rest of the party go "Wtf just happened here?!?".

TIP for twink mages in development: if you're still low-level, do a lot a BGs. Enough so you can convert enough honor to get Justice-capped. You WILL want the T10 helm, legs, chest and shoulders. Not only for the 4p bonus, but also so you can have a meta gem that will increase your crit damage by 3%. Much, much worth it than cata blues. It'll be much easier to grind for it in BGs when your exp is not blocked than in Cata dungeons with tons of baddies slowing you down. (I'm looking at you, BR realms!)
