level 80 pally almost invincible

So basically, with an 80 pally you can become invincible

step 1: level a pally to 80 and get 2492 mastery, it is the updated cap that you need!
step 2: once you hit 2492 mastery the game gets confused about how much damage you take making you take around 0 damage per hit and hitting 100k-1 mil damage
UPDATE: The damage is patched! But the invincible part is not!

This isn't an exploit at all and has been posted in all sorts of places on these forums. This is a clever use of mechanics and stat weights.

I disagree that its not an exploit, the damage you take is lowered completely and that shouldn't happen, its about timing, there's nothing about the mastery that would lower damage taken, the game gets confused as I said and bugs your damage taken.

And it's not the game getting confused, haha I like that phrase though. You're able to block/parry a ton more physical attacks yet increasing your vengeance to insane numbers because of level differences.

I agree though, vengeance should never stack THAT high. I guess that in itself is a unintended bug.

there are tons of possibilities, you could solo WOTLK bosses, and do the glitch to get into mop/cata raids and solo them for mounts, gold and BOE items even achivs!

That shit is insane, I watched some videos on your link Snickle, and how can they survive? I thought boss abilities and spells hit for around at least 60k, still none even dip that hard and all are 80? ^^ Crazy

I guessing you cant at level 90, getting 80% mastery would be impossible, I mean you could try but probably a waste of time.
