I did Morchock 10 normal today and wiped at Yor'sajh at 15%.

U need 70% without proccs! At 70% (or ~69%) mastery your Shield of the Righteous reduces damage taken by 100%. Now u have to time your SotR exactly with an incoming melee attack.If the timing is right, you will take full damage from the attack, but will get huge vengeance from it - the higher the damage, the more vengeance.

Basically, yes. With enough practice, you get nearly keep a 100% uptime on crazy vengeance. I've pretty much gotten it down now after nearly two days practice.

Edit:

To clarify, I've killed some bosses fast enough that they bug out. Example: Trial of the Crusader 25, killed Centaur dude so fast that the two worms didn't come out. Was doing 2.1m shield crits. Sadly, didn't get to see what my Vengeance was at.

Hey Railed, thanks for telling me about the trinket. How have you managed the more spell based fights? I'm having trouble on Fac Champs atm and would like to know if you've been able to do them?

I couldn't do faction champions, 25 man was near impossible because of the CC and healers. Not enough chance to build up any vengeance and stay alive when you're feared, disarmed, stunned every other second.

I'll probably try again later though and try out some other methods until I get it down.

Ya I've tried faction champions as well without any chance. I couldn't even kill them in 10 player mode. But Twin Valkyrs and Anub are easy as hell. Anub 25 HC took me about 1min cuz i got a 3 million vengeance stack and did 700k dps haha. :>

Meh so you basically need atleast 10 items 409 iLvl.. which is almost 40k gold

Well as I posted earlier I made myself one of these paladins.

I can confirm it works. I have the same gear as the Russian paladin posted earlier, with a few modifications (Level 80 boots with more mastery, BS for another two gem slots for mastery). I've done Baine, Garrosh, Onyxia 25, some of ToGC before I had to go to work. Will be trying ICC and some Cata raids later, and I'll probably try do Sha of Anger with my friend who made a DK.

Can you please post your character, id like to see his gear so i know which to get, please and thankyou
