I JUST got home to do a bunch more farming.

Fortunately, it would appear that I had good foresight in mailing these from my alt as I still have all the stacks I managed to farm thus far!

My only regret is that I was stuck working the days when this was known and didn't get as much farming done as I'd have liked, oh well.

EDIT: confirmed patched in Menethil and EPL.

Never bothered with darkshore or thousand needles.

Oh well, was good while it lasted.

daaaaaamn, I was a couple hundred leather from finishing my grind. just skinned about 20 Harbor shredfins and no cata mats, can anyone confirm other fish aren't dropping cata mats anymore?

I tried the following mobs with none of them dropping cata leather when skinned.
Harbor Shredfin
Ocean Shredfin
FiendishFish
Dangerfish

I still have all my mats on the character that was skinning, nothing was deleted.

Yeah, I think you'll be safest with this if you just mail everything you have to whatever character you plan on listing them on AH on, but DO NOT put them on the AH yet.

That's a surefire way to get reported and banned.

In instances like this, if you want to be really really over the top cautious, you could wrap the stacks of items in gift wrap and then mail the gifts to an alt with another guild bank and store them in there, just for future reference.

But yeah, don't be stupid and post them on the AH now.

Well, just had all my stuff removed and I haven't talked about it so... And i didnt talk to anyone about it, but the water and fish I bought, Sane with the potions

You cant keep anything you got from the new zones when cata goes lives, you're just wasting your time unless you sell them now.

You can't gift wrap stackable items.

I don't know where the blue post is, but they will either just reset your account, or reset AND 72 hour ban it, so you can miss the first 3 days of cata, fun fun.

I actually made a ticket a few days ago asking if farming the edge of Uldum was illegal. The gamemaster told me it's NOT illegal. I also went on to ask him if its true that they will be removing all cataclysm items right before the launch, he said he doesn't think so and that he heard nothing about that.
