Spellstealable Buff Exploit (Working)

Have a mage and a tank go to normal "The Nexus" and go to the spot in the screenshot (Right before you get to Grand Magus Telestra. Have the tank pull the mobs and kill the group of 4. Make sure that you save the Mage Hunter Ascendant for last. Before he is going to die spellsteal his buff off of him (It is best to wait just until he casts it again) Mage Spellsteal Picture

This buff is an aura that gives your entire raid 15% haste and 150 SP. (It says spell damage but it also works for heals as well) The buff lasts for 1 minute and it also stacks with other haste buffs such as Heroism/BL.

My guild and I have used this in the past to get past a tough encounter as the 15% haste can really help.
