It's against the rules vuth to have someone make you a fake ID, read the thread Parog made in the scam section. And, you can still sell your account on MarkeeDragon, as long as it's not attached to a Battle.Net account. You don't always have to sell to those big buyers who always require a Government issued ID, you can sell to the lowbies, there are always some mass-account buyers on MD who don't require ID.

You could always buy Donator or Get Contrib+ to get access to the trade section.
