    Accounts.net/paypal difficulities
I sold a couple accounts to accounts.net recently and ended up having the payment disputed on two accounts. Paypal did their thing and decided that I owed them a refund. I'm slightly confused though due to the specific text in the claims center.
These are directly pulled from the claim details page on the two respective accounts.

After careful consideration, this case has been decided in the buyer's favor. The buyer is eligible for a $0.10 USD refund. Please add funds to your PayPal account so that the buyer can receive a full refund.

After careful consideration, this case has been decided in the buyer's favor. The buyer is eligible for a $0.00 USD refund. Please add funds to your PayPal account so that the buyer can receive a full refund.

Now, for options on responses on both I can A) Issue the buyer a full refund, B) Provide proof that the buyer has already been refunded or C) Authorize paypal to send a refund of (the ammount I got for the accounts, 80.00 and 102.00 respectively) to Buyter Name.

Now, I'm slightly confused. Do I owe them a total of 10 cents or 182 dollars? I don't want to select option A and have them pull 182 dollars when I only have about 30 in my bank account, resulting in me going under by 150 and many other problems but at the same time I don't want to start pulling funds from investments or borrowing unless I absolutely have to.

Did you scam the accounts or did you sell them legally?

I pished the accounts, but I sent the characters to a new account, perma banned the old ones, and then sold them. And the invoice from accounts.net was for tangible goods(CDs though the mail), not accounts. So they couldn't provide any proof of making a deal of buying tangible goods from me which is why I'm specifically curious since I couldn't provide proof that I did send it, and they couldn't provide proof they payed for it.

If it's a paypal with your info on it, then you should pay the money. If you don't you'll get in trouble with the police.

Unfortunately I don't believe in the magical mojo of revenge and whatnot.

And the question I'm asking is not whether I should pay, I will pay, what I'm curious about is the section saying "The buyer is eligible for a $0.00 USD/$0.10 USD refund" and the multiple options. There is a notable difference between 10 cents and 182 dollars.

not true, you wont get in trouble with the police lol. paypal sends a shitty debt collection agency after you, and by sends i mean transfers the debt to them, where they simply spam call you, they use a few agencies, but the main one is NCO Financial Systems

really it's just annoying, but you should know that they CANNOT
    # Call before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
    # Talk to anyone but you or your attorney regarding the debt.
    # Threaten to garnish wages or seize property unless they actually intend to do so. Garnishment and seizures are not as easy as people think. Most require a court order. If it was so easy to get a garnishment or seizure, they wouldn't even bother with you on the phone.
    # Threaten to sue unless they are actually taking legal action. In some states, third-party collection agencies may not sue. This really is a great benefit to most people. Check with your attorney general or the banking regulators in your state to see if this applies to you.
    # Threaten you with arrest or jail.
    # Use obscene language.
    # Annoy or harass you with repeated calls.
    # Call at work if you have asked them to stop.
    # Lie about their identities. They must give their real names and the name of their company. They may not falsely claim to be an attorney, a representative from a credit bureau or a member of law enforcement.
as to the OP, i dont understand. is it a glitch with paypal or something?

I honestly don't know, that's what I'm asking. Here's the whole story. I got the accounts, I sold them (as previously after transferring the characters, the standard job basically) and they paid me. About two weeks later I got a dispute from them saying they never received the product. Now, of course they did receive the accounts but since the payment was technically for "CDs, tangible goods" or something to that extent, and I had not sent them any CD's and had no proof I had done so, I could not provide any proof whatsoever that transactions on my side had been honest. At the same time, they could not provide any proof that they had ever made a transaction for CDs. The only proof was word against word and the couple word long details on the transactions. They disputed two accounts, one for 102 dollars and one for 80 dollars. Paypal decided, on both accounts, in the buyer's; accounts.net's, favor.

Here is where it gets confusing though, it says that they are eligible for 10 cent refund on the 80 dollar account, and a refund of 0.00 for the 102 dollar account. Then in the options to respond, the only options there are to provide a full refund, provide proof that a refund has been given, or refund 80 dollars and 102 dollars respectively. So I'm confused on how much I have to refund to get my account unlimited, is it a total of 10 cents through the full refund option and is the final option of refunding all the money simply an option to "make things right" with the buyer if I wanted to? Or are both options A & C refunds for the 102 and 80 dollars respectively in different text?

I can only see two real options. Paypal screwed up and accidentally put down the wrong amount they are eligible to be refunded, or since accounts.net could not provide any proof they aren't really eligible for any refund and what I'm dealing with is mostly just technicalities.
