Just scammed a account

Just scammed a nice lvl 70 charater and i need to know what to do now please help!!!!
i have full account info. and all of its cahnged to mine. the old guy was using gamecards so his credit card isnt on there.

If you have last name you can create a new account and transfer the 70.

Then remember to ban the other account. (I think that's what your supposed to do)

You need to know his last name make a new account under the First owners name transfer off the char then get the ban hammer on the old one
