Does IGE keep customer records?

A little info first. I've used IGE.com for gold about 5 times and every time I get them to send me the gold in the mail. I then tell them I didn't get the gold, so they send it again. Then I tell them I didn't get it again and I want a refund. I've only done this for small amounts, around 1,000 gold. So basically I get 2-3k gold for free. I'm thinking of doing this for a large order around 10,000 gold.

The thing is though, does anyone know if they keep records that I've done this previously? I mean will they say look we know your scam, so we're going to make you pay for the 10,000 gold. Does anyone have any idea? lol

Of course they keep records. Just use a Proxy or something, a static one, and configure it on Firefox. Then just scam. If u need, make a new account on there.
