Okay guys I need some help here

I got banned for using third party software but the problem is (I havent botted) I made numerous tickets and they all basically told me there not unbanning me

I talked to a senior of blizzard and he basically threatened me to close my Bnet if I Do not hang up the call with him (Cause there not allowed to hang up first apperently) and he always called me names like cheater and how I do not deserve to play this game

I told him the truth on how I did not bot and he kept saying IDC about your story your probably lying yada yada yada and everything

I lost my account with 4 spectral tigers and 1 Feldrake on the account aswell as the rare Murloc Costume

I am telling the truth on how I did not bot but they just wont beleive me cause I use to have a history of botting on my old accounts that are on the Bnet

I dont know who you spoke to, but the bans are done by the gamemasters not by the account customer service people. The people you called are not senior anything, all they can do is help with account matters not related to in game issues which is what a ban is. You will have to submit a ticket to a GM and plead your case unfortunately. Maybe they will overturn it, maybe they wont.

Blizzard doesnt care thats pretty obvious.

Keyboard macros can allow you to create only fixed, inflexible rotation with no actual feedback from in-game events. Basically, it will be an autoclicker plus a bunch of /castsequence macros.

Blaming Blizzard for you bans is just stupid though I think it's a bit of an overkill to ban so many main accounts. Their ToS explicitly forbids 3rd party automation, which is exactly what PQR did. I got banned, my friends got banned but none of us whines and blames Blizzard as we know we were playing with fire. You should approach botting and other not-so-legit stuff with the same attitude.

You guys in Russia should know all about following rules. Here is the USA, we are a bit more free to argue with companies who we feel are treating their customers unfairly.

I only got a temp 3 day ban which was already lifted. No doubt because I use PQR. I did not realize that was against the rules, as people i know have used it for years with no bans or anything.. I am simply sticking up for the people who got perm banned for doing nothing wrong. This is an ongoing problem with software companies. its not just blizzard. They put whatever they want in the ToS and in order to play the game the player must agree. Most people dont even read that damn thing. And if they do, they say oh well, who cares. But to those people who can't read, don't understand the rules, or didnt use PQR, then I guess their ban is for something else? Playing the game too much? Being too good? I dont know. Too much crap for me.

FURTHERMORE. What pisses me off the MOST and what should piss everyone else off is that BLIZZARD refuses to tell the customer what they discovered. What specifically was the ban for? Had they said "hey you use PQR, we dont allow that" then I would understand. But the fact they call us cheaters and say we are in violation with no proof is a bit disturbing. Thats the point.

I will wait for Elder Scrolls to come out and just play that. Should be a way better game anyway.

So not only has this software made the game damaging and unenjoyable to those aware of it, it has made the game unenjoyable for me as it plagues my conscience and dulls the worth of my acheivements.

I am deeply sorry for lying about my identity and lying about the use of the software and it makes me ashamed of the lengths i took to deceive you guys into re-obtaining my account, it is not in my character to stoop this low and play you guys as vague half-wits, you deserve better.

I hope you can see this as a player who has sincerely regretted his actions and has learnt his lesson to not be lazy and deceiptful, not just in games, but outside also.

If you see it fit to overturn the ban to a 72-hour, you have my promise that i will not conduct any violations in the future, i know my past actions have shown different, but deep down i am a man of my word.

Yup, they seem to be acting like i was abusive/offensive to them, considering all my prior correspondence to them was in a proffessional and courteous manner - account has also been spammed with banned trial accounts. Leads me with the impression that most banned accounts are closed without solid evidence, admitting to the violation gives them the proof they need to shut down the whole bnet account for good.

Kind of brings a little hope for the ones who play dumb or claim the account was hacked, so maybe give it time and submit i ticket through pingbuster on another browser and be like "i can't log in to my battle.net account..etc."

My post regarded only bans for the actual use of PQR. False positive bans (like bans of the associated accounts, bans for the use of PQI addon only, etc.) are undoubtedly unfair and should be disputed. Nonetheless, I think that the only vague part of their ToS is the one regarding exploitation of game mechanics and "actions going against the spirit of the game". I don't agree with the policy of adding such "we can terminate your licence for whatever we want and we'll never explain you the actual reason or supply any proofs of your guilt" lines into ToS though.

Blizzard has chosen to clean the slate so to speak I was permabanned along with many others. Ive seen posts similar to yours where the person gets 72 hour sus and then logs in and gets a perma. They are definately doing some really off the wall things to people. I myself am done with Blizzard. ESO started pre orders yesterday Im headed over there. Contrary to what some say I will not be going back when WoD releases they are not getting anymore of my money. Their loss not mine.
