Cheat engine ban wave-- 4/16/07

AT THIS TIME I AM HEAVILY DISCOURAGING ALL USE OF CHEAT ENGINE! ME AND SEVERAL OTHERS HAVE BEEN BANNED IN A WAVE AROUND &:54 M EST, 4/16/07 At the moment I and probably others are unsure what has caused Cheat engine to be suddenly detected, but it has been detected and bans are going out as we speak. please close your world of warcraft windows, then cheatengine and stay offline several minutes, and log on without cheat engine.

Those Whom are banned on this night have used cheatengine at their own risk, repeated offenses may be punished with a permanant ban.
(this will probably apply to cheatengine based programs.)

You may have seen this post on several threads by now, and i am posting this on the information that multiple of my friends have called me after being banned using cheatengine at about the same time under our most recent addresses on CE 5.2

TO now i have also seen various ban reports on forums and highly advise any and all using Cheat Engine to close your WoW window right now, close cheat engine, and make your own choices from there. if youve been banned and want to report it here, please include date and time, and below that the eddress and value you were using to enter a record of your ban.

Please feel free to post your situation here, along with location where you were for ban, and if you were mountainclimbing/speedhacking at the time(optional), this is meant to aid the developers and editors of cheatengine develop new updates which will allow for cheatengine to become undetectable again. I was MCing all day with CE 5.2 and no ban. So I don't know. I was using 8A1F14 with 443.

well, i guess youre lucky, i recommend disabling cheatengine for the time being on live servers, got 17 calls within 8 minutes.

Hey guys this ban wave is true i got banned for 72 hours for using CE 5.2 just today so i advise not to use it as much as possible.

well. fishbot is often spotted or noticed by players...cheatengine is what im worried about, sooo many people use...

Please , only post either Bots or Programs in the Bots and Programs section . Its nice that you want to warn everybody but keep it within already existing threads or in the general sections .

Just follow the guides to CE, use processgaurd too. I alwas use CE and no bans with processgaurd.

Processguard wont protect from warden, pelase just post cheatengine bans, and i was using the guide, 8a1f14, 443.... me and 12 otehr friends were banned within 20 minutes of eachother Grumblehumpac
