Honestly though, if anyone has any questions, or wants free advice on the issues, feel free to contact me, and I will provide you with answers to what questions you do have. You can PM me on here, or Skype me with whatever questions you have about your bans.

There is obviously a lot of people effected, and I want to help as many as possible, whether you find the need to use my services or not.

so ive been fighting with blizzard the past few days following the ban on my main account that i used pqr with PQI(for just one profile i ended up not liking), explaining that there is no consistancy as to what is worth a ban or a suspension from them. they just close all my tickets no responses without providing any evidence of violation of agreements. is this unlawful in the us? its becoming frustrating

I got one out of two overturned here in the past due to catching them in contradictory statements within their support tickets, and guess what... BOOM, We're are sorry for the issues blah blah blah...

It says right in the terms of use for blizzard:

BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

If its blizzards game, they make the rules for it, you agree to them when you play the game and hit accept on them.

However there is some limitations such as this:

A. WHEN RUNNING, THE GAME MAY MONITOR YOUR COMPUTER'S RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY (RAM) AND/OR CPU PROCESSES FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING CONCURRENTLY WITH WORLD OF WARCRAFT.

That is CLEARLY just to scare you. That would be like if they said "if you accept this agreement, we are allowed to come and burn down your house."

They are actually not allowed to do this. I forget the legal term for it. But some people play Warcraft from government machines, with classified information on them, etc. They can put it in the terms of use, but just because blizzard puts it in there a terms of use is not a substitute for actual laws, atleast in the US.


Tldr: as long as they are being reasonable, they can do whatever they want with their own game.

For those banned: create a new account, get all the cheap expansions for a low price, get the new expansion this year, insta level 90..
Nothing to worry about, your current gear is crap within a week in next exp.

You pay Blizzard a "chunk of money" to play a game that has the rule "we can ban you at any time with or without reason", just because your money is involved doesn't mean you get to suddenly disagree with the rules when you choose to.
In Australia hookers are illegal, the law says so. Just because you paid a hooker money to get giggity giggity doesn't mean it's suddenly not illegal and you have consumer rights to kick up a fuss about how the Government has just broken the law by taking away something you paid for.

Probably the best bet is for tons of people to complain via the Better Business Bureau saying that this not acceptable.
Software companies are putting whatever the hell they want in their terms of service and us being "the customer" are being treated like citizens in north korea. Either you follow our rules or we will kill your account. Now, if the bans are because of PQR, that is BS because PQR is just like using macros on a programmable keyboard in my opinion. I could very easily re-create what PQR does in the rotation on my keyboard if I wanted. Yeah it wouldnt be the exact same, but probably pretty close.


These huge companies do not care about the "customer" They just had a huge sale where you could get wow 75% off. And then a few weeks later hand out a HUGE ban on all these accounts. The sale is over so now if you want to come back in the game with a new account you gotta pay full price or at least whatever the regular price is at the time. I bet you that many people who did not use PQR or anything else got banned also because of how many people were banned. Even from a monthly membership standpoint thats a ton of cash blizzard is going to lose. But in their opinion, they think they already made their money on the game and they are gambling that most of the half a million people will rebuy a new account. (But they are wrong!) Because many people have more than 1 account for sure. The next expansion will get you instant 90 yes and unless you care about the loss of your mounts, you're fine. The old gear will be useless. Funny, I was just thinking that the other day. Whats the point of this game really if they keep releasing expansions. Work your ass of to get good gear and then a year later you gotta do it all over again. There has to be a point where it ends.

Besides, so many people are going to move over to Elder Scrolls Online once its released. Those who have played the Beta say that game is ****ing amazing. And I believe it.
If WOW doesnt have an awesome as expansion here, I think they're pretty much doomed. But as I said, they made their money already on the game. The rest is just bonuses for their employees and more money for the executives who dont give a shit about their customers.

If they get enough people complaining blizz will have no choice but to take notice because the BBB is serious business today. One complaint may not change the world (of warcraft), but 1000 certainly will.

Edit: They seem to act as a middle man for complaints with no advice or suggestions just forward your complaint to blizz and then forward blizz's reply to you. Nothing else. They also rate blizz as a A+ company. Anyway there have been 6 complaints since ban day it seems (not 100% sure on this).

Yeah, the more complaints the lower the rating.
I worked for a company that took those complaints very seriously. So the question is, does blizzard value that rating? Like I said, if there were 1000 complaints, that would cause quite a stir.

Okay guys I need some help here

I got banned for using third party software but the problem is (I havent botted) I made numerous tickets and they all basically told me there not unbanning me

I talked to a senior of blizzard and he basically threatened me to close my Bnet if I Do not hang up the call with him (Cause there not allowed to hang up first apperently) and he always called me names like cheater and how I do not deserve to play this game

I told him the truth on how I did not bot and he kept saying IDC about your story your probably lying yada yada yada and everything

I lost my account with 4 spectral tigers and 1 Feldrake on the account aswell as the rare Murloc Costume

I am telling the truth on how I did not bot but they just wont beleive me cause I use to have a history of botting on my old accounts that are on the Bnet
