Well, as last try you can create a fake account (I don't recommend use yours) at Battle.net and download starcraft 2 starter.
Maybe it can solve. If you already have it installed I don't know why it's not working =/

no not yet for now it can only be played against AI though I really hope that they will release the PVP client emulator one day to play against other people

Then you have some software completely blocking Heroes from even communicating with web services running on your own machine. Can't help you there.

Hello I understand you said there might be a program running that is not allowing it to run but I did a selective start up and disabled and did a temp uninstall of my anti virus programs but it still doesn't want to work not sure what to do now got any ideas?

Same Starcraft error here ( Firewall not the problem, sc2 installed etc etc , tryed every solution u guys gave )

I really think it's something blocking the game. I deactivated my firewall, windows defender and still get this error. With my firewall offline, I add all the Heroes .exe I found in the folder to my firewall exception and to windows defender exceptions and the game worked. Try to add exceptions to every program you have that could block the game.

I installed the game in a virtual machine, I will see if I can make a clean VM with windows and Heroes only and share with you guys, that are having starcraft problems.
But it can take a time =/

Firewall deactivated, no AV here just windows defender which doesnt have an exception list unless it detects something as a threat. In this case it has not detected heroes files as a threat so there is definitely something else.

I know it sounds weird but add exception in firewall even with it deactivated and try to turn off windows defender.
