You should probably read posts more carefully, there won't be a new version till people can figure out how to bypass Blizzard's new lock on the current version of Heroes.

Hey this isn't working for me, I have this installed on my D: drive my extra hdd. I extracted all the game content folders and the custom launcher thingy to the HOTS folder and used the options to set up my game.

I set it up and hit open, it opens the log in screen, so i alt tab, and then press begin game. And it loads up a loading screen, gets to about 25% then just freezes and crashes.. Nothing else, and it does this on everymap.

I dont know how to fix this, anyone have any ideas?

There might be a problem with your video drivers.. Even tho my pc suxx i can still play the game and it runs good. So yeah try updating drivers

That is physically impossible for me to do, lol they are updated to the latest version possible and can not go any higher.

I lowered the graphics and it didnt change anything either... D:

Still anyone else any ideas?

It means the Blizzard servers were down when you tried, or your firewall is blocking the program. Just check your firewall and try again (Its working for me)

Hello and respect, Why i can't run it? i do exactly how it says, open the game, alt tab , chose settings, and when i click begin match nothing happens. I tried reinstall, nothing is working. Please help!

It means the Blizzard servers were down when you tried, or your firewall is blocking the program. Just check your firewall and try again (Its working for me)

I found the issue. Had nothing to do with the firewall.
It seems if you change any of the Bots or Characters before actually opening the game you get this error.
Could be a single character, not sure yet. Got it working though!

How did you reset it back to default? Im getting the same error :'(

Only way you'll get that error is if you try to login. You don't login, you just start the game with heroesconfig, then press the 'start match' button on config to play.

I'm getting nothing but this error:

An error occured downloading the game data from Blizzard's servers. Please check your internet connection and try again later. (Starcraft II)

I'm using version 29755, just recently tried this for the first time and no matter what options i use I get this error non stop.
