Sgt.Hammer Rockets

So last game when I played there was Sgt. Hammer on the enemy team. Towards the endgame she fired rockets on our base from all across the map all the time. We eventually found her and killed her but the rockets kept coming. Is it a bug/hack or is it really supposed to be like that?

Her ulti pretty much has charges, and she can fire a rocket from any direction she wants towards whatever she wants. You can snipe heroes with it, but you can apply so much pressure if you hit a creep wave + towers/keeps.

I usually use them for pure pressure on the map. Probably as you experienced in that game

Decided to recover my old account just so I could log in and give you a heads up.

What you likely experienced was the lvl20 talent choice known as "Orbital BFG" which causes Sgt. Hammer's last fired Blunt Force Gun (her rocket) to "orbit" the map every 5sec.
