I've submitted an appeal, but I have no received any automated message from Niantic at all.

Niantic doesn't seem to respond with messages. At least not on the first appeal. You have to manually check the Status of the Appeal online, by following the link in the email and then logging in with your email account.
OR are you saying, that you have not even received a confirmation of your Appeal? Because that would be quite odd. Maybe you mistyped your email. If you have not received a confirmation, I would recommend resending the Appeal.

Saturday i got the "Failed to receive data from server" now i don;t get the message but the loading bar is stock in the middle for the past 20 minutesIMG_0643.jpg

Hm, I sent two more appeals but both of them seem to go to "solved" on the spot..

I assume that just means they sent you an email saying,
"Trainer,
We have received your appeal. Our goal is to provide a fair, fun and legitimate game experience for everyone. Use of any other third-party software or app, including but not limited to scripts/apps, applications used to falsify your location, using emulators, modified or unofficial software and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner is considered cheating.

Nope... Instead of the failed to get data response, I am now getting "Our servers are humbled by your incredible response. We are working to resolve the issue, Please try again soon!"
Edit: Nvm, back to to the same thing as before xD

well i got unban after 3 and half days i can now log in with all of my 13 account i just wait i did not even send any appeal but for now ill let my accounts rest for a day or a week and see if i get perma ban

I bought an account from a site and it was a good account (I'm pretty sure they botted the account). 2 days later it got that same login "Failed to receive data from server" BUT you can send them an appeal, I've already sent them one and I'm still waiting. The good thing is your account will be banned until they read your appeal.
