Last name!

Ok. Well i have all the info to a level 70 palidan on eu servers and i really want to keep it, The way i want to do is transfer it then ban the old account but i have a problem of getting the last name because i don't know it, I have tried adding him on different emails and trying to find out his last name but he never tells it me, I have it set up to my email and have secret answer and he thinks the account is banned but i don't know his last name...

Any help will be really! appreciated.

p.s. if you don't understand basicly im saying i need his last name so i can make a new account transfer it over and ban his old account so i can keep it...
