I just find his claim a bit suspicious but I might be wrong. If you check the image he posted you can see that the appeal was submitted today at 12:56 when he said "after few days of appeal" and he wrote maybe 2 lines of text (text begins one line after the date and ends two lines before bottom white line).
I find it hard to believe that it is possible to convince Niantic to reverse ban in just 2 lines of text however great for us if it is that easy
I would also like to know how he cheated (without snipping, in his home town, etc.), maybe they turn a blind eye if they see that you weren't such hardcore botter.

Well, the Niantic Team does seem to work efficiently. Submitted a Bug Report regarding the login issue and 2h later, it is SOLVED.
However, the account still cannot log in. Not sure, what the Niantic Team's definition of solved is.

I sent in two tickets for the same "failed to get game data error". One of the tickets were solved and I'm still unable to log in. While the other is still opened. I am guessing that since the other ticket was solved, my account was banned (at level 11 mind you) and since they stated that if they don't get back to you about the appeal consider it a perma ban...so I'm probably perma banned.
Now sadly, I live in a rural area where theres no stops in sight, so the most I've botted was for pokeballs (after buying some with real money) but I guess to them botting is botting.
Also for those wondering, when you log in to your email that you sent the request from, you'll see view ticket in your inbox (before opening the email). Log in on their site using your email credentials and voila. You'll need to be doing this via a PC as I didn't see the option when trying from mobile. Might see it on a tablet...idk.
As for the guy that got unbanned, nice! But it saying solved is not proof of you being unbanned, so try not to get your hopes up too high guys.

F*ck them, before I had one bot and they banned it. Now I created 6 bots and will bot with them. Cut off one head and two will grow back.

There has been no response. Only the Status has been changed to: Solved. Just like on the screenshot from previous page

I feel like a lot of the people who say they were unbanned after 24-48 hours are just a bunch of liars lol.
If this were true, there would be many more players here who would have had the same experience. Also, banned for 3 days and counting RIP.

Those people who claimed they were unbanned were just sellers. They are trying to persuade their customers not to charge back.
