Has anyone got unbanned from "Failed to receive data from server" yet?

theyre obviously trying to slow down supernatural players so its fair for the players who may have a bit more of a challenge playng this game.

there would be no soft ban for catching 1k pkmn in 23 hrs it would be a perm ban if that is apperently superhuman like.

soft bans are to slow us down. this new ban will probably lock us out for 2 weeks if i had to guess so we learned our lesson not to play like a robot.

i got this reply:
"f you have not received an email stating your account was terminated, but are experiencing login issues or map loading errors it may just be a temporary server issue. Please try to login again in a few hours."

so unless u cant log in and got a termination email stop worrying just make another account for now until they unlock ur account


i read somewhere if ur botting there has been less pokemon caught per hr to slow ppl down as well.
i dont bot but 2 of my accnts are locked out.

But really, what should the developers do? What would you do in their shoes? Nothing? What if legit players starts complaining? You tell them to go download the bot themselves or tell them to **** off and let the cheaters cheat?

Don't wait for it unbanned. Niantic won't unban your account, please create a new Ptc account then bot. You just need 1 day to reach lv20.
I got a IV100 Dragonite with movesets Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse in my main account but all banned. This is permanent ban.
Please don't wasting your time to keep appeal for unban. This is just a free game, you can create as many account as you like. I can create 999999 accounts when Niantic keep ban my account. Who care?

I was recreated 4 new accounts to bot turn by turn. Yesterday I was evolved an IV100 dragonair and I got IV100 dragonite with movesets dragon breath/dragon claw. Niantic want to ban me? Then I create new accounts again. I lose my all IV100 dragonite with nice movesets? Then I go to snipe another better dragonite. I got 4 accounts now but all are botting in very low exp/hr, average 10k exp/hr. All of my accounts are lv20~22.

Check your emails guys, and see if you received the Niantic message stating that your account has been terminated.

I was read most of botters here post out their termination email but I am still waiting for my email. Niantic is still not send me any termination email. Probably they found my accounts are suspicious but can't find any evidence to support it. The most reason is because in Malaysia here, we are using dynamic IP. Our broadband (both ADSL and fiber optics) are connected to the ISP, its allow us to change IP when we restart our modem and router. This makes Niantic has difficulties to trace my accounts I think. That's why I am keep waiting from morning until now still not receive any email from them.

Would you suggest submitting a ticket? And if so, handle the situation in what way?

Actually, after this I'm either quitting (the hype is sorta dead anyway) or breaking bad (start officially botting after the ban wave subsidues). But I do want opinions over this.

Submit a support ticket, just to try you know. You have nothing to lose here anyways bro. That is what i did, and yes, i'm quitting too.

any news about about failed to get data blahblah and got unban i have level 26 account i have bot when im lvl 12 till i get 26 and got ban for 2 days now i send an appeal to nianticsh1t and waiting for their response i only get automated email from them i made a 2 account that is now level 16 but its not getting ban i wonder why but i stop botting the two account. I can still play with it but im afraid to use bot or nox or any sort of location spoofer or whatever it is called
