Two bot acc banned on the same day today. I woke up and logged in and the dreaded purple message popped up for both acc. It's definitely a ban since my main non-bot non-sniping acc is still safe.
It's interesting since one of the two accs were not used at all for the last 03 days, except some occasional log in to check some info (without actual playing or botting). So, it's likely that it's another ban wave by checking your botting and/or sniping history.

OR are you saying, that you have not even received a confirmation of your Appeal? Because that would be quite odd. Maybe you mistyped your email. If you have not received a confirmation, I would recommend resending the Appeal.
I didn't saw the link in the auto confirmation email...can you share the link for check appeal status?

Yeah ive had the error on 2 accounts one i got about a week agao another a day ago. I havent gotten anything confirming a ban and i have appealed but havent heard anything back yet

I don't know if that will work, but change the "#" to your ticket number and you may get it. But the link is not found on the automatic reply, but the inbox of your email. You should have the option to view ticket by the subject field in your inbox. Of course you won't have the option via mobile device, it has to be done on PC. Or at least thats my experience with it.
No progress on my side either. My ticket is still open, and still unable to log in. And lost interest in the game since I made so much legit progress on that account.
It sucks that living in a rural place gives a huge disadvantage, but as we level the playing field we get screwed again...

I sent an appeal yesterday but nothing replied yet. However when I checked my request, it showed SOLVED with no comments.
So I submitted a new appeal, unsurprisingly, it is solved immediately. So I believe that SOLVED wouldn't stand for anything.
What's different is that the automatic reply.
Yesterday it was "please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal."
Today it was"we are reviewing all account termination appeals. If our system determines that your account was terminated in error, we will send an email to confirm that your account has been reinstalled.
If you have not received an email stating your account was terminated, but are experiencing login issues or map loading errors, it may just be a temporary server issue. Please try to login again in a few hours."
fact is that, there is no email saying I was banned, but I cannot login.

If someone, somebody can DDOS niantic, maybe they'll realize they made a bad decision banning people.

If banning people is a bad decision what's the good decision? Letting cheaters run rampant and ruin the game for people who don't cheat?

got a few accounts banned all level 30+ created a new account and i see all my pokemon are still on gyms i had won. If its a perm ban why are the pokemon still on the gyms?

There is a few smart hacks still working but noone is sharing details for the obvious reason.
All the bots are easy to stop, Niantic come on here download the bots and run them and see exactly how they work, 1-2 days later they know how to implement changes that stop the bots and exactly how to ban people, its way too easy for them.
The bot devs havent stopped at all, they are just being smart and not sharing over the whole internet so Niantic cant see whats going on.
