People already tested that, Niantic wont give a shit, they just ban when you get reported.

If you really want to mess with niantic as a revenge for banning your legit main accounts go to facebook global pokemon go page and report all the players there that are posting screenshots with their nicknames and team showing.

don't even bother to wait for an email. They will just say you are banned for violating their ToS.If you already know you cheated, move on. They aren't going to provide proof on the spot so people can know how to avoid a ban next time.

Second account got banned yesterday using necro. LVL 23. walking speed 11.9 km/h. no gyms taken. sessions no longer then 5 hours. was walking in a place 1 hour away from my home.
