If you paid with credit card just call your issuer and they will start the process. If you used some other form of payment like app store gift card or something, you're screwed.

In Switzerland it would be "Treu und Glauben" and "guter Glauben" wich is "good faith" in US Law iirc.

It's not so much about bitching but more about giving them shit. And make them work a bit more. I told it before, when the trading feature gets live I will snipe whatever I want and trade it to a legit acc.... let's see them banning me then...

It works as basis to enter in a law suit, which no one will, but it serves as a thereat. If someone is crazy enough to actually follow through then it will apply if they can't show proof.

I get the "failed to get data from server" error since the 14th of August.
I've got a level 25 account, I only botted once, 2-3 weeks ago, for something like 2 hours, and gained a level (from 22 to 23), but I've been using nox occasionally in my hometown to get gyms (only once accidentally I forgot to change the settings so I suddenly appeared in australia, got a softban), and Rocket AP in order to check the IVs of my mons and transfer them accordingly.
So I'm mostly a legit player (at least not a bot), but not innocent. It sucks to lose my one and only account.
Some people suggested if the username is not available, my data is not lost. I made a dummie account and indeed, my username is not available, so there's that.
When I connect with ALL G, my account level is zero, stardust and pokecoins still intact.
Not sure though that all these are solid evidence. Probably not.

Would you suggest to make a bot account at least until I reach my previous lv and collect some mons, at least when the ban wave subsides? If so, with what client and settings?

Your account is tainted once you illegally accessed their API. Doesn't matter how long you botted.
