    I got my ban on sunday morning after not botting for many days. I used my main to bot 2 lvls.. Tho I downloaded the APK file when I was in Spain for the holidays.

    I legit lvled it to lvl 24 with grinding and farming like hell.. I spent around 1800k NOK ( Norwegian Crown)... And they banned my account. I hate myself for using my main!

    sent them an email saying that I indeed was botting and that I felt bad for doing so and hoped that they could give me my acc back. Guess that will NEVER happen u.u

    Well, that's a common sentence.
    Blizzard had the same (and still has). I can assure you: they have no right to ban individual players for no reason. It can be groups or regions - but almost no law court in the western world will accept this kind of arbitrariness, no matter if you write it in your tos or not.

    In Switzerland it would be "Treu und Glauben" and "guter Glauben" wich is "good faith" in US Law iirc.

    Law > ToS.

    Listen, ToS are a contract. When you sign a contract if certain terms on it are not legal. the contract is null and void. I can't bind you to a contract where you signed that you will sell me your oldest son. Even though you signed it it is illegal, and so if you dispute me in court I will lose. Does not matter if they say that in their ToS, they are still obliged to give me a reason why, and provide proof if I demand it. They write that because they count on the ignorance of the masses, and most people are too lazy to contest them in the first place.

    Hello Everyone. I'm from Poland and i was traveling over half of county to get pokemons. Never used bots adn never even got further than 300 km from home.. I'm fighting for my fully legit lvl 30 account that currently cant get data from server.... I've send an appeal ticket to niantic and few minutes later i had this responce:

    Thanks for contacting us regarding your sign in issue with Pokémon GO. If you’ve signed into Pokémon GO and it appears that gameplay progress has been reset, be assured that your gameplay progress has NOT been lost. It remains safe and intact. You may have inadvertently created a new Pokémon GO account by unintentionally signing in with a different email address or login method.

    If you haven’t already, please try the following:

    This does not mean anything, this is an automated e-mail that they send to every ticket. You can't even be sure that they're reviewing your case, they might just be slacking off and laughing at the amount of complaints they're receiving.

    Gee, as Germany keeps telling Game developers they can sue and get injunctions for bot developers who never agreed to anything, I doubt your going to have a good case here.

    i had a lv 33 bot account which i used to take down gyms so i dont have to worry about heal pokemons in main account, i stopped leveling that account because it was being usefull for me, but last night i decided to bot again in that account and this morning i was perma-banned from that account. i still have 2x lv 30+ accounts but not from same team. feelsbadman
