Alright here is my set up:

1. Legit account never been botted not banned
2. Bot account(Necro) "banned"
3. Bot account(Necro) not banned

I use the same phone to get on all accounts

On my banned account I went a little crazy. Gotten a lot of soft bans because I was moving everywhere, and spent 2 days straight. then the "ban wave" hit and couldn't do anything. My 3rd account though I changed my settings and so far not banned.

Here is what I did:

At first I started the location where I lived for about an hour(rural area) then I turned it off on the PC and the phone. I changed the config location to St Louis(an hour away from my home town) but did NOT turn it back on my phone nor my PC. Instead I waited for over 2 hours or more, while I waited and I made sure that my GPS on my phone was off PLUS my wifi/4g was off because even if you have your wifi/4g off it will still use GPS on you, be aware! When the 2 hours passed I got on Necro config and made sure the settings were save again and popped open the bot. I haven't got on my phone yet to log on(still wifi/4g and gps off) but when I do I will make sure my GPS is still off. I was not soft banned at all. So my guess is that it will soft ban/possible perma ban if you get to one place to another under the normal human travel time also human time being spent on POGO. I will be on the bot for only 3 hours tops to make sure. This is like I said a guess I will test this out more and update you guys later.

Just an update: everything is still running smoothly, I ran it for an hour took a break and logged in via phone to see if it would let me(keeping my GPS off still). going to try again now via bot. I know it can be any day that I would get banned but this is just a test account, a throw away.

Well - banning legit accounts (not talking about players) is going to cost them a lot of money.
I spent ~300 bucks on Pogo on my legit now "banned" account. 1/3 of this money is not yet spent and sill on my acc as coins.

$367 real dollars spent here. I totally understand your frustration. Best bet I suppose at this point is to request a refund or submit some sort of inquiry either through your bank or google or apple to attempt to recover as you now have no ability to use what you paid for and they've only recently updated their terms and conditions to speak about botting. It wouldn't hurt to ask for it back. I'm waiting to hear back about my dollars spent.

So all OLD player will be start over along with NEW player from late country that just launch pogo officially. LOL

Not true. Level 30 is not the cutoff. Read through the posts.

I play armored ace (tank game) with free shop hack, they ban me in 10 minutes (1 round multiplayer match). Niantic is way too soft on us to make us wait days for ban. What you expect when using cheat/hack? You demand your account will last forever? Lol

They want to make this game sounds "big" and have so many active players (make world records) with welcoming all botters.
Now they kick 'em all literally.

As an European: Chances are low bc US Companies give usually a **** about us.
Still - legit play, money and time spent: I want my Main Account (or better my money) back.
If there is any real evidence I cheated on my Main it'd be hilarious to see XD

I have a 33, a 28, and a 22. The 33 was found to be "banned", however I haven't been able to snag the nickname of my trainer yet, so I'm still pretty hopeful (not really, but it's fine). The 22 and the 28 were botted with PokeFarmer quite a bit, and I'm assuming PokeFarmer bot is as human-like as it gets (no sniping option really, unless you put in the coordinates manually, which is apparently a horrible idea right now).

Both the 28 and the 22, I'll occasionally log in with my phone (with GPS/Location turned OFF), just to hatch eggs, etc. As of now, I've also turned off the "Use Lucky Egg" option on PokeFarmer (I want to avoid being 30+ for the time being, just to be safe).

I'm also a little disappointed that my 33 had been banned; I'd probably put in about $20 worth of eggs/incense, and had a decently impressive collection of Pokemon, but I suppose that doesn't matter, considering I took the risk. I can at least hope that it is only a 7-day ban, as I've seen a few people post (again, this is me being slightly hopeful, considering the nickname is still unavailable to take).

For the 33, I also attempted to manually snipe a Pokemon in North Carolina, a short time after using the bot in Los Angeles. Funny thing is, I did a similar thing with my 22 account, so I'm assuming it has to do with the level of the account, but I keep hearing that they only really "investigate" accounts 34+ ?? Whatever the case, again, I'm "hoping for the best; preparing for the worst".

Hey guys. Not confirmed but I think there's a problem with google logins. Logged in to a PTC account and got thru. Then I tried to make an account with my mom's gmail and it couldn't get thru

I saw that earlier, too lol. I'm fixing to start that process in a few. I'm not horribly worried about it. Again, I'm still going to remain hopeful (morbidly hopeful, but hopeful nonetheless) about the account only being on a 7-day suspension, as what I have heard somewhere on these forums.

Also, I should also note that a few days ago, I bought two accounts for like 2 bucks each from slut.io, and both were banned. I tried logging onto them today, and one of them was completely accessible. I believe both are like level twenty-something, but I will watch and see if the other one gets unbanned soon. Hopefully that one and the 33 get unbanned. Would be nice to have my main back.
