Need help, with an account

So i managed to scam an account with a 70 mage on it. If i were to xfer the mage with a credit card, and give the gold to my main account, then ban his original. I wouldnt lose my gold right? Its gunna go through the neutral AH; basically Ally --> Horde side. I've done that before, works perfectly.


However,

Say I get the gold through to my main;

but before I get his original account banned, he re-calls and asks for a restore..

Now because i xfer'd the mage to a new server, sent the gold through neutral AH

would i still lose the gold?

P.S. if you want the mage after I transfer the gold off, let me know, you pay for the charecter transfer, i take the gold, you take the mage

Hmm, i wouldn't think it was safe to put your actual credit card on that account, because blizzard would be able to track you, but maybe use a visa gift card?

and to answer your question, no you probably wouldn't lose the gold because it was through the AH and your just a buyer.
