22 hours ago I opened Pokémon go in NOX and I got the screen which says our servers are humbled by your incredible response blah blah....

So I restated the app, I could login and spin and get items from all the pokestops available and evolve 10 Pokemon's. But no Pokemon's spawned near me.

So while evolving I used lucky egg and got 47 minutes under lucky egg.

After that I did not login using nox . I never used any farming or sniping. All I used was NOx.

So am I permabanned ?

Exactly, as a developer i can confirm this sounds like the most plausable explanation. It seems that false-positive filter has a considerable impact here

The worst part about it for me was that I was spending endless amount of hours, going out late at night at lures, finding rare pokemon, driving around. Spent $300+ dollars on incubators, max pokemon and items are maxed at 1000, 100 IVs that were LEGITIMATELY caught and leveled from first form (wish there was a way for them to tell whether it was legitimately caught that way too).

But then I decided to try and run a bot to collect from pokestops one night. Then did it again the next night. and then soon stopped. 4 weeks after I can't log in... such a sad mess for me. That's what I get I guess....

I read somewhere Nianitic waited until now to start banning people because the window for getting a refund on google play runs out after a month, not sure if that's true bc I used an iPhone

Also in their TOS you can't sue them after a month for any damage to your phone as a result of Pokemon Go lmao so that doesn't sound ominous at all

Same problem. Stared with catch and flee and unable to loot poke stops last night around 10pm MST. Shut down went to pokie stop. Spun stop 40 times was able to loot but everything still flees. Kept everything shut down and went to bed. This morning same problem fleeing..... then around 4pm MST got this bad boy failed to get game data blah blah blah. I know u all have this same problem but I would like to let you all know your comments are amazing and making this loss allot easier to handle....... Thank you!!!!!

Make a new one and start again , but with better setup for your bot.

Accept the fate that we are or maybe banned because we took the risk to bot. Just move on go ahead and make a new account and start botting again. The moment that I got catchflee in game I went to make a new account and start botting again and currently at lv31 only took me almost 2 days. My main account sitting at rank 40 full with max CP and 100% IV gym ready pokemon, I took the risk to bot and prepare for the consequences.
