That's what I thought before, but the problem is, one of my accounts that got the error was never botting, sniping or even catching any pokemon. The only thing it did was spoofing in a limited ~500 m radius circle.

So an update to my situation, the acc that I got back from the "failed to get game data from server" (the one where I boted and sniped the hardest) is still ok and sits at lvl 26, I can catch pokemon and fight gyms w\o problems, my main acc (lvl 32) and my gf's (lvl24) still encounters the login problem. I have received no e-mail regarding any ban whatsoever. I Didn't held any gym and last time that I fought one was maybe 4 weeks ago, prior to any boting.

on other news I started boting a new acc yesterday on PokeMob and sits softbanned at lvl 21, I am letting it rest until I bot it again later in the evening.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if someone asked you this before but you had your account back from the data server problem and how long you had to wait for it?
Did you had to do everything again when it comes to your character?

So, yesterday i cant login in whith the failed to get data blah blah, its almost 24h and nothing. same error.

any more news? i realy dont want to lose the acount

No one does... Theres is no news about the issue only a few people who could actually get their accounts back after a few more hours of waiting but we don't know for sure how much it's gonna take for each and every one of us.

It could be a server problem as people say or a ban where they just lock up your accounts / usernames but in the case it does become free and you bot another account don't make it similar in name

They don't have no reason to fill up their data base with blocked users and as far as I saw some guys (forgot their names) tried to create accounts with the banned names and it worked...that's why I wanted to see what the hell it's there.

Wait and see, if the guy from above is not trolling and he really come back from cannot take data from server issue, maybe others will get lucky as well .

From what I have observed, it would seem most of the banned accounts have been around since game came out and have been botting for a while. In my case though, I literally had been botting for thirty or so minutes and then the ban wave came out. Which really does suck.
