    started the bot with the setting above, this is in a capital city far from where I live. Everything seems good, no "instaban"

    Finally free from catchflee banned after around 16 hours
    But after a few moment from it today.....I log in and start over meeting the professor, seems my data somehow lost
    Try to reinstall app and relogin dozen times still no change
    Anyone having same issue ? Any fix to share ?
    Or this is new type of ban by deleting our data?

    PS: I am using google account and ptc account with one email, the ptc one just fine

    22 hours ago I opened Pokémon go in NOX and I got the screen which says our servers are humbled by your incredible response blah blah....<br />
    <br />
    So I restated the app, I could login and spin and get items from all the pokestops available and evolve 10 Pokemon's. But no Pokemon's spawned near me.<br />
    <br />
    So while evolving I used lucky egg and got 47 minutes under lucky egg.<br />
    <br />
    After that I did not login using nox . I never used any farming or sniping. All I used was NOx.<br />
    <br />
    So am I permabanned ?

    Any comments on this guys?

    After 36 hours still "failed to get data"

    Finally, both of my main and side accounts were all banned with failed to get game data. Its time to quit this game. My main account was softban with pokestop at yesterday but just now I was playing with nox to fight a gym, Suddenly then get an network problem. I restart the game again then banned.

    Hey, I'm new here but I have been reading this thread for quiet a while now. I got the unable to get game data from the server error on my main account with the first wave, I'm US side, it was a level 32 account, only botted on it from 26-32, I hadn't used a bot on it since before Niantic changed their API, and I wasn't logged in to the game at the time the error initially happened. When I did use a bot, it was Mygobot and Pokesniper (not at the same time though). In mygobot I used 25meters per sec and reasonable delays between pokemon and pokestops. I got everything I wanted and decided that after API changed it was too dangerous to bot anymore. I also used things like pokeadvisor.

    My backup account was level 30, and it didn't get the failed to get game data from the server error until about 8 hours later. I put in a ticket for login issues to Niantic for my main account only, but only received an automated response. I responded to that, but they still haven't responded in days. I don't recommend putting in a ticket for ban appeal, just put one in for log in issues if you're going to risk it. My ticket is still sitting in open status.

    At that point, I decided if they arent going to help resolve the "login issue" and not even tell me if I'm banned, I'm going to start working on getting all 15 of my in app purchases refunded. I contacted Google play via phone, but they couldn't get around a 48hour refund window they have, so they had me go log in to Google Transactions and request a refund for each transaction explaining the error and that I can't log in and am not receiving any response. That is the only place to request a refund directly from Niantic. I figure of I'm starting over, I want my $150+ back so I can have things like bag space, pokemon slots, lures and whatnot lol.

    I started a 3rd legit account, and it's fine so far. Lame, but it's not run into any problems yet.

    Had the same issue with one of my lvl 36 accounts. It got reset completely. Level 1, had to talk to the professor, go through tutorial, catch a starter, pick a new name, etc.
    However, afterwards, it got back to lvl 36 and pokemon were still there.

    Seems to be a data glitch on Niantic's server more than anything.

    Yep! I'm getting divided at the minute. I start to believe it's a problem in the servers and then someone post something and I start again to believe that this is a perm ban.
    Either way I'm more likely to be banned anyway but still that little hope that at some point this will be over xD
