Listen, their logic fails so don't try go through it, our accounts are banned for sure, the second I got one of my accounts banned I started grinding a new one which is closer to the previous already...
It's obvious they couldn't solve botting entirely so your only option is to grind from the scratch again with better settings.

Nope. This is not official. I am from Canada and my server are good. My main account is not connected but the bot one is active.
So this is a test. We will see the mass panic on Monday.

Guys, I have bad news for those of you getting "failed to get game data from server" (in europe)

You are permanently banned / your login token has been disabled server side.

I'm not scaremongering, just a long time lurker with a friend who works at the company.

I'm pretty sure i was the first person on the Internet to reliably break this, but nobody believed me...which is understandable.

I've talked to my friend since, Europe was only phase one, a test if you will. There are many more phases to come, both in Europe and outside of it. The appeals page was setup as Niantic wanted to see how many innocent users got caught, before this detection method is deployed on a much larger scale.

You will all at some point need to start a new account. My advice remains the same....run your bots at around 5kmp/h and you should be fine.

It is pretty clear now that failed to get game data is permanent, and more bans are coming. The only thing we can do is create another account and start over.

If really permanent ban, at least delete our data then let us use our email to create the new id , dont hang us in middle ;(
