I updated (x64 only, NOT RELEASED, download from the link in my signature) some vaal souls information. They changed the structure for vaal souls so plugins that kept track of vaal souls will have to use the following:

Prophecys again, thing is with your hideout that it preloads the stuff when you first enter it, so as long as the zone is refreshed every 15 mins, the initial zone is active - and while playing, how often are you not in your hideout once every 15 mins? nothing in the game takes more than 15 mins so you will always be back to your hideout to refresh the original instance with the preloaded stuff which is why it disappered when you logged out and made a new hideout instance
