Battle.net Account unmerge character transfer question

I currently have 2 accounts merged to a battle.net account, both of which were scammed about a year ago. I've had no problems with it and I'm hoping the guys forgot about them or have given up. I don't have the name, secret question, or anything on either of the accounts.

My question is what if I merge a new, legit account in my name to my battle.net account and transfer the character (from the account that I don't have the info to) to my new legit account. Since I already have 2 accounts on the battle.net, this would be adding a 3rd. This might look a little fishy to Blizz, so I was thinking of calling and saying that I have no idea how my legit account was merged to battle.net. Would they reverse the transfer when it's unmerged and possibly ban the other accounts?

yes they will reverse the transfer when they unmerge your account but wont ban the other 2 accounts
