Getting my account back

I got permanently banned two months ago because I deleted my friend's characters who gave me access to his account. It was just a joke. Yes, a bad joke I know...

I tried to mail Blizzard to get my account back but they refused.

Please, is there a way to get my account back?
Is there anything special to say to Blizzard to increase my chance on a next e-mail?
My account was from collector's edition with rare pets... and I miss it

How would they ban you're account for something you did to someone elses? Is this even possible.

They said I compromised an account and it results a perma ban. It's a fact.

I just would like to know if there is any way to get my account back please

Email them and say you got hacked and you don't know what happend

I tried to mail them again with this method, still waiting for a reply.

same thing happened to me except they started ignoring my emails after the first 2 lol
