It has been like this for hours, getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. I tried deleting it entirely and re-installing it again but this still remains. Is there a way to reset it or delete that?

Your prophecies cause that, seal that away.

After comparing the two lists provided so far it seems the preload information is missing for:
#Saqawine Presence[No Attack Mods]
#BestiaryModUrsaeAura1; Fertile Presence[Cast Speed]
#BestiaryModLynxAura1; Farric Presence[All Resistances]
#BestiaryModCrabAura1; Craicic Presence[With Half the Mods on Each Item][Of a Magic Item][To have 30% Quality][Level 21 Corrupted Gem]
#BestiaryModSquidAura1; Deep One's Presence[Link Four Sockets Together][Up to Five New Ones]
#BestiaryModSpiderAura1; Fenumal Presence[No Caster Mods]
We have the monster alert information but not preload. If I were to find one of these how would I go about identifying the preload information to add?
for example i have a monster right now that has deep one and craicic presence

Perhaps the solution is to create a new lightweight HUD that only has the basics? I think VMV maintained something like this for a while back in the day. People that want to stretch the boundary of what is allowed can use plugin HUD and people that want less of a target on their back can use minimalist HUD.
I would 100% buy this and support updates for it every league / offset change. The best thing to come from this place was the basic autopot/quit that BadPlayer took over and updated
I just want a simple, private version of that and I'd be a happy man.
Will this tool support showing beast? Or is it impossible to implement?
What do you mean? Beasts are already shown on the map by PoE itself. Preloads also exist (and have been shared multiple times on this forum) for detecting them as well.
