OK, it was an easy fix, one offset had moved. x64 should work now. I'll check the 32 bit one and see what I can find.

Make sure you actually go in the game and change (options) it to directx 11 or it won't run as 64.

So it seems to load but it doesn't seem to actually enable in-game, don't seem to have the little bar thing on the left to actually enable/disable the stuff.
