I used to have it in English. You had to create an exe file that opened the actual exe with a command line parameter of --language english. But it doesn't work anymore (broke with 2.0, I believe) and I looked and looked for alternative ways to do it and found nothing. Either way, it's not hard for me to update offsets even if it is in Chinese. But It probably needs a Chinese loot filter and the itemalert plugin needs updated for Chinese as well. That's way beyond my capability.

Also another problem is that perandus chests with the same name aren't displayed more than once (so if there is 2 "Perandus Chest"s in an area, it only says it 1 time so you're only able to assume there is only 1 chest in the area :P)

HUD detects what's loaded in memory. It can't count how many things are in an area, it only loads the assets for an item once no matter how many are in an area.

still the corrupted thing (possibly just cuz it's the steam client? not trying to make assumptions here, just putting out suggestions as to why) isn't working on my end.
also found this bug: 
The mallet is a chroma link, but it's not detecting it. Has happened a few times before on different items as well (not sure if amount of links on it or what not matter, all i know is that it's not picking everything up :P)
Don't get me wrong about my complaining. You are doing gods work and I am eternally grateful!!

Are you sure your loot filter (the one HUD is pointing to, obviously the one in PoE shows them) doesn't ignore large chromatic items?
To help narrow down what the issue is, are you using a lootfilter within HUD (Menu->Item Alert->Alternative)? If so which filter? Are you using the "normal" method? If so are you sure RGB is turned on (green bar under it)?

There is a problem with the corrupted area and we cannot fix it , not yet i think.
The first time when you go out from town/hideout, the game loads what we need to detect these corrupted areas, even when there's no corr area...the game just loads them.
It's just a false alarm and for the time being , we should get used to it and make a portal to refresh this areas.
Cannot be fixed because there aren't other things to read from but only these false loads.

That HAS to be it!! I turned off the alternative filter. That'll probably fix it. The text file looked confusing as **** lol. Thanks for the info!!!

that's so odd... regardless of if it works or not, still love this HUD! Farming has never been easier

Just tested both preload and corrupt title and it's working on both. This is vanilla client in the US.

Heads up: New patch is coming tomorrow that includes: Further improvements have been made to asset preloading and memory usage.

I *hope* this doesn't change how the files are stored, just how they're loaded into that storage. But either way, I doubt preloads will work like they used to.

actually u can just replace all the data in the ggpk with the english one to the file which called traditional chinese under ROOT\DATA, all the dat right there just export them out and replace to the traditional chinese one,and i think it should be working
