IDK wtf just happened but the first time i tried this it worked in game,.. but i just tried to run it again and im pretty sure it stole my windows key and started backing up all my saved passwords.. it also opened system 32 and started messing with shit.. then it tried to "clean up" local disc C.. WTF JUST HAPPENED?
Lol, did the hud opened many exe files and your computer has going nuts ?!
Yes, it was trying to "clean up disk" and had system32 open and it opened up my windows 10 key and said i needed to activate windows and shit..
and then it opened up this window that said "backing up saved passwords"
Don't worry, there is nothing dangerous with the hud, the source code is on github, you can search for yourself.

So any idea how to get it working again? after closing all the pop ups im left with a CMD that says it is compressing files or something? The HUD worked the first time I ran it but I get this really strange stuff happening now and the HUD doesn't appear in game.
same thing happens to me if I use the shortcut its why I never do I just run the exe
The reason this happens is because you run the .bat file as administrator and when you do that, it runs in the system32 folder. The .bat file calls any exe in the folder (which normally would just be the randomly named podhud.exe) but because it's running from the system32 folder, it runs all of the exe files in there. Yeah, that's fun. Don't run the .bat file as an admin.

The .exe works and most of the features are usable!
however, preloads are not working due to wrong offsets.
How do I find the offsets? I have the visualstudio downloaded
