Account Retrival Help

First i would like to say a big Hai to all
I am new on these forums, Decided to donate and help out a bit =]
A while ago i got my main account perm banned for PL Rogue from 1-70.
I know it was pretty stupid of me not doing it in stages, But, Now i have decided to start playing again but currently don´t have an account.
I still know the required information for the account to somehow be retrieved and i am looking for any ´´Expert´´ Scammer ( As listed in sticky ) To help me get it back.

So my understanding is, you are trying to retrieve a BANNED account. If that is the case there is a service that is provided on this site about writing a letter to try and get your account back. Links can be found here.
