BaseN, has NOT retired. If you bothered to read previous posts, you'd see that I had spoken to him and REAL LIFE is smacking him around right now. Stop spreading fud, when you know nothing about the situation.

Every time I hear RL has got in the way 99% of the time they never come back. I'm sure he's got bigger fish to fry and it will probably tie him up beyond the point of losing interest in this. It's just the way these things work. It's pretty much the same thing with these games. Once someone is away for a month, they generally don't come back.

If I'm wrong, I'm wrong. In the mean time, I'm still looking for scripts/bots that support black ice shaping.

For the ones that want to make a full xml, all informations are in the gateway.

Task are made like this :

Exemple :

You want to add the task "Corrupted Black Ice Boots" and here is the <name>
Click on task details and look at the adress : http://gateway.playneverwinter.com/#...essions-tasks/BlackIce/Blackice_Tier2_Corrupt_Feet_Controller
The last part is the <internal> and the part just before is the name of the profession to name the .xml
For the <level>, the <duration> and the <rare> it's all in the page

At the end you have this :

After the latest round of Gateway problems, I cannot get APBU to get past Character Select screen.

I can access Gateway via Firefox and Chrome without issue, but APBU fails every time with a timeout error.

Is there a file I can delete so that APBU will have to re-verify my access? (Like it always does with my browsers since I disallow history/cookies on both)

Alternately, is there a way to clear the cache on APBU? I am seeing some people are having issues that go away after clearing browser cache.

I spend months saying the same thing when APBi was working fine with the same route, on the same computer, the same connection and at only few second of difference.
I always and only had a : it's not APBU, it's your connection...
So now when this happen, i move back to APBi (like i did since half a day), take 5 min to update my routes if needed and keep my mouth shut.

I had a massive error today where APB would cycle to my character but never make it "in" and gets stuck. Worked on other browsers but not via the program. Deleted the "cookies.jar" file (in SETTINGS folder) and then after doing a manual code-entry after blowing away the cookies, all was well again. Give that a shot!

It's something to do with Craptic's shitty servers. Delete the entire directory and do it over, completely, from scratch. Queues, Settings, Toons, etc. Don't re-use anything. It's the only way I've found to get it to stop timing out.

[EDIT] - Apparently deleting the cookies.jar file fixed the problem on my Wife's machine, but that didn't work on mine.

I had to delete the whole cache folder and delete the cookies.jar file. Redid the verification code and all has been good for now.

APBU is not retired for sure. I'm having some really hard issues to sort our with working 3 underpayed jobs. APBU was working good enough so it didn't take much of my attention.

The way I've made APBU, you can add any future profession yourself by just making the proper xml. I doesn't need any code whatsoever. This was part of the original design. APBU will parse any additional xml files present in the directory.

That said, I have found some time this week so update is coming. Possibly today
