Still works for me. Monk just hit 60. Longest I got without hp adjustment is 40 min though. My regen is a bit high.

Using just items, no rings and amu (no need to repair anything). Regulating regen just with helms (have several in pocket) and always looking that my health value is decreasing with time. Checking health percentage value with autoit every 10 seconds. If my health value drops under 4%, i send command to cast diamond skin as wizzard. My health regens to 6-7%, lasts 20-30 mins till its get under 4% again, so this is a never ending story

I tried it, got a disconnect from the game after not even 1 minute. Didn't tried it a 2nd time. EU server.
Could also be some strange timing. Can anyone confirm that?

I see lot of people still(!) cant calculate the right regen they need to balance the ticks of damage from the green fire. For the extra nabs just use this table. Go on the green fire and see what number of tick damage you receive. Then go use this table:
